New 7'×10' Automatic synchronous short cycle lamination line

Our new 7'×10' Automatic synchronous short cycle lamination line is put into production in Taiwan now, its features and vedio is as below:
1.It has automatic synchronous system.
2.It is a full automatic line, including auto paper laying, auto press plate changing and storing system.
3.It does not only produce very large size board but also has very high productivity, its productivity can reach 120 pieces of boards per hour. It is also labor-saving, the whole line needs only 2 workers.
4.This line is very flexible, it can not only be used for mass production, but can also be used for small scale production and several patterns’ production situation without influencing normal running.
5.If the paper is hard to lay by paper laying machine because of long storing or other problems, it can be laid by manual. This can reduce production waste and cost.
6.The pressure of this line is very big, its specific pressure can reach 80kg/cm2
7.This line is the first big size automatic short cycle lamination line with synchronous function in China.
