Our company’s 7’×10’ fully automatic, synchronized, short-cycle production line has been successfully commissioned in Taiwan and has now been officially put into operation. Its key features are as follows:
Introduction to the 7'×10' Fully Automatic Synchronous Pattern-Matching Short-Cycle Production Line
1. Equipped with a fully automatic register alignment system
2. The entire production line is fully automated, including automatic paper laying and an automated stainless-steel template replacement and storage system.
3. The production line not only handles large-format products but also boasts high production efficiency, with an output of up to 120 sheets per hour. It requires minimal staffing, with only two operators needed to run the entire line.
4. The production line features high flexibility, enabling it to handle both large-volume production of veneer panels in uniform patterns and small-batch production—down to just a few sheets—of veneer panels using impregnated paper in various patterns, all without disrupting normal equipment operation.
5. If prolonged storage of the impregnated paper or other issues make automated paper laying difficult, manual paper laying can be employed to reduce production waste and lower product costs.
6. The hot press features high pressure, with a specific pressure on the workpiece reaching up to 80 kg/cm².
7. This production line is the first truly large-format, short-cycle, fully automated line in China equipped with automatic register alignment.
