Our company has long been committed to product innovation and the R&D of fully automated, synchronous pattern-matching production lines, which we successfully developed ten years ago. To date, our company is likely the only one in China with customers actually operating such a fully automated large-format pattern-matching line. This video is featured on the homepage of our website. Currently, we are focusing on developing large-format, bi-directional, fully automated, synchronous pattern-matching systems.

To deliver to our customers veneer production lines that offer higher productivity, lower energy consumption, greater reliability, and superior cost-effectiveness, our company has undertaken a comprehensive optimization of the standard veneer line design. The key performance parameter of the veneer line—the total auxiliary time (excluding the holding time)—is kept within 12 seconds. With a holding time of 24 seconds, the hourly output can reach 100 sheets.
The design of each piece of equipment has been further optimized for enhanced reliability and reduced compressed-air consumption on the production line, resulting in a lower total installed power for the entire line. We have consistently used branded components for all major parts; currently, even the solenoid valves on the basic-model compressor hydraulic station are exclusively sourced from Rexroth or other world-class hydraulic component manufacturers.
Two production lines are now in full operation at our long-standing Southeast Asian customer site. Following a comparison between the new and existing equipment, the customer is highly satisfied. We are also set to install and commission a standard-model new line at a domestic customer site; we warmly welcome both new and existing customers to visit and provide guidance.
