WDYJ-H High-Pressure Multilayer Hot Pressing Unit
Used in the production of high-voltage products such as HPL insulating boards.
Laminated products: high-pressure laminate (HPL), bamboo plywood, insulating boards, and printed circuit boards, among others.
Product sizes: 4’×8’, 4’×9’, 4’×10’, 5’×10’, 5’×12’, 6’×12’, and others.
This hot-pressing unit consists of a loading machine, a hot press, an unloading machine, and a cushion-board return mechanism.
This hot-pressing unit is equipped with an advanced automatic control system, featuring a PLC, computer, pressure sensors, temperature sensors, and other components in its electrical subsystem. Customers can independently adjust the hot-pressing process and the temperature of the press plates. The human–machine interface supports display in English, Chinese, or the user’s preferred language. The control interface clearly presents key parameters such as pressure and temperature, which can be easily adjusted. Moreover, dynamically generated real-time curves on the computer enable users to readily monitor the evolution of temperature and pressure over time.
The press is equipped with an alarm system that automatically triggers an alert in the event of a malfunction, thereby ensuring product quality.
This press requires only 3–4 workers to operate.
