WDC Automated Material Conveying Line

This conveyor line is primarily used for material handling, linking individual machines into a complete production line to enable automated loading and unloading at each process station. It significantly boosts productivity, reduces labor costs, and offers high efficiency and reliability.
This conveyor line is designed for applications requiring automated material handling and stacking, such as laminate flooring and cement-fiber board production lines. It transports large panels to the sawing machine (where the panels are cut into smaller boards), then to the double-end milling machine (where both edges of the small boards are milled to the required profile), and finally stacks and packages the finished boards.
This production line can also serve as an automated loading and unloading line for other production lines, such as sandblasting lines, automatic edge-trimming lines, and packaging lines.
This product line is specially designed and manufactured to meet customer requirements.
