WDT-C Cooling machine

Cooling machine is used for cooling the laminated board after hot pressing. It is usually selled with the short cycle laminating line as the supporting facilities, used after the hot pressing, it can also be designed singly according to user’s requirements.
It is necessary for laminate flooring production line.
As for furniture board laminating line, traditionally, we don’t use cooling machine. But using cooling machine can greatly save its storing time in warehouse. For example, if a piece of particle board (thickness:18mm) is conveyed to the cooling machine after pressing, cooled for 15-20 minutes, then stacked, it will save about 3-4 storing days than the board not cooled.
Suitable for： all kinds of laminated board, such as particle boards, MDF boards and HDF boards
Size of board：4’×8’, 4’×9’,4’×10’,5’×8’,6’×8’, 6’×9’, 7’×9’, 7’×10’,6×12’….etc
