WDT-B High-Speed Short-Cycle Veneer Lamination Line

This production line is a high-speed, short-cycle veneer laminating line that combines the advantages of the WDT-A automatic model and the WDT-JXD basic model. It offers higher production efficiency than the basic model while providing better environmental tolerance than the automatic model. The maximum panel size it can handle is 7’ × 9’ (2070 mm × 2800 mm). The line requires only 2–3 operators and can achieve a production rate of 110 panels per hour.
Products: Furniture panels, laminate flooring
Plain boards: particleboard, medium-density fiberboard, high-density fiberboard
Surface veneer materials: melamine-impregnated paper, alumina-abrasion-resistant paper, etc.
Product specifications: 4’×8’, 4’×9’, 5’×8’, 6’×8’, 6’×9’, 7’×9’.
