This line is a automatic line, Its loader is equiped with compressed air clamp to loading board. It has high efficiency, reliable performance, and it is easy for worker to operate. It is particularly suitable for production of large size boards and large output occasion. This line needs only 3 workers.
Raw board: 　 　 particle boards, MDF boards and HDF boards
Product: 　 　 furniture board、laminate flooring.
Overlaying material: 　 melamine paper, Al2O3 abrasion resistant paper
Standard sizes: 　 　 4’×10’, 4’×16’, 6’×8’, 6’×9’, 6’×12’, 6’×16’，7’×9’, 7’×10’, 7’×18’.
