WDT-B Fast Short Cycle Laminating Line

This line has the advantages of our WTD-A automatic type and WTD-JXD basic type laminating
line, its environment tolerance is better than the automatic type line while its productivity is higher than the basic type line. The biggest size of board that it can press is 7’×9’(2070mm×2800mm). It has high efficiency, reliable performance, automatic operation and is easy to operate. This line needs only 2-3 workers, its productivity can reach 110 pieces per hour.
Raw board: 　 particle boards, MDF boards and HDF boards.
Product: 　 　 furniture board、laminate flooring.
Overlaying materials: melamine paper, Al2O3 abrasion resistant paper
Standard sizes: 　 4’×8’, 4’×9’, 5’×8’, 6’×8’, 6’×9’, 7’×9’.

If user has special requirement, we could design according to user’s requirement.
