WDSY Standard Testing Press

The WDSY standard testing press is designed and manufactured for the research and development of specific products, such as melamine-impregnated paper, veneer panels, HPL, insulating boards, rubber sheets, or printed circuit boards. It is primarily used to evaluate the quality and manufacturing processes of these new products. This press features an integrated mechanical–hydraulic design with comprehensive functionality; no installation is required—simply fill it with hydraulic oil and connect it to power, making it convenient, straightforward, and easy to operate, particularly well suited for the R&D of specialized new products.
Structural configuration: frame-type. The frame plates are fabricated from high-quality steel sheet, enabling them to withstand substantial pressure with minimal deformation. They offer a large pressing area and a wide range of selectable pressure settings.
Hot-press dimensions: 500×400, 500×500, 600×600, 650×700, 700×700, etc.
Pressure range: 630–2,500 kN (63–250 tons)
