WTD-JXD Basic Short Cycle Laminating Line

This line is a basic line, it is usually used for small size boards production. It is automatic loading、unloading and stacking, this reduces labor cost greatly. It has the advantage of low investment、quick return、 high efficiency and high performance-price ratio. It is particularly suitable for small enterprises. This line need only 2 or 3 workers.
Raw board: particle boards, MDF boards and HDF boards.
Product: 　 furniture board、laminate flooring.
Overlaying materials: melamine paper, Al2O3 abrasion resistant paper.
Standard sizes: 4’×8’, 4’×9’, 5’×8’, 6’×8’, 6’×9’.

If user has special requirement, we can design according to user’s requirement.

Note: 1. If the thickness of the board is less than 6mm, then the board can only be
　 　 laminated on one side.
　 2. For laminate flooring with groove, there are also WDT4×8-15000/22000
　 　 JXD line and WDT4×9-25000JXD line.
