WDT-C Cooling Plate Machine

Cooling tables are typically used to cool and dry veneer panels after hot pressing. They often serve as auxiliary equipment for short-cycle veneering lines, installed immediately after the hot press; however, they can also be custom-designed and manufactured to meet specific customer requirements.
If the veneer lamination line is used for manufacturing laminated flooring, a cooling table must be included as part of the equipment. For furniture-panel veneer lamination lines, a cooling table is not traditionally required; however, its use can significantly reduce the storage time of veneered panels in inventory. For example, an 18-mm-thick particleboard, after hot pressing, can be conveyed to a cooling table to cool for 15–20 minutes before being stacked, which can save 3–4 days of inventory time compared with panels that are not cooled.
Applicable board types: Suitable for various veneer boards, such as particleboard, medium-density fiberboard (MDF), and high-density fiberboard (HDF), among others.
Board sizes: 4’×8’, 4’×9’, 4’×10’, 5’×8’, 6’×8’, 6’×9’, 7’×9’, 7’×10’, 6’×12’, and others.
