Edge trimming machines are commonly used in short-cycle veneer production lines to remove excess waste paper from the edges of panels after veneering. They are suitable for a wide range of veneered panels, including particleboard, medium-density fiberboard (MDF), and high-density fiberboard (HDF).
This edge-trimming machine delivers clean, neat, and efficient edge removal with high reliability and ease of operation. Its advanced automatic control system allows customers to easily adjust the trimming process and speed. The machine boasts a high trimming speed, capable of processing 4 to 8 panels per minute. Thanks to its superior efficiency, several veneer-laminating lines can share a single edge-trimming unit, significantly reducing costs.
There are two structural configurations for this edge-trimming machine: a single-unit type and an L-type (comprising a longitudinal edge-trimmer and a transverse edge-trimmer). The two configurations differ in operational efficiency; for example, with 4’×8’ panels, the single-unit type can trim four panels per minute, whereas the L-type can trim eight.
Edge-clearable panel sizes include: 4’×8’, 4’×10’, 5’×8’, 6’×8’, 6’×9’, 6’×12’, 7’×9’, and others.
